I invite you to join our mindful breathing sessions, where you’ll discover how breathwork can become a practical and transformative tool for your daily life. Through simple and accessible techniques, you’ll learn to regulate your emotions, reduce stress, improve concentration, and create moments of authentic connection with yourself and others. Mindful breathing not only calms the mind and body, but also strengthens the ability of children and adults to feel safe, present, and balanced. Join us and experience how such a natural habit can open the door to greater well-being and harmony in your home, classroom, or professional practice.

heArt To Art
This summer invite your child into a world of discovery where rhythm, movement, and creativity come alive.
heArt to ART is an immersive summer experience designed to awaken children’s natural creative voices through three powerful mediums.
Movement and dance:
Feel the pulse of rhythm and explore melody through songs, body percussion and more! Guided by Lora Ortega, Principal Violist with the El Paso Symphony.
Visual arts:
Children will craft their own papier-mâché masks, transforming raw materials into personal works of art led by Manuel Urueta and Celina Galicia, artists impacting community by exploring identity through mask-making.
