How to Become Part of Mountain West Montessori

At Mountain West Montessori we understand that one of your most important responsibilities as a parent is choosing the right school for your child. Our six steps admission process is designed to to help you aid in making a conscious and comfortable decision on your child’s education. And entitled you to have a meeting with the director to receive more information, connect with our admissions team, and visit the school.

Read the next six steps in order for you to get an idea about our admissions process. Please Keep in mind, that the admission process follows a first-come, first-serve basis.

Step One
📹 Virtual Tour / Open Campus​

You should start by scheduling a one-and-a-half-hour virtual tour (which introduces the Montessori philosophy, offers a guided tour, and explains the program’s benefits) or by attending a guided campus tour on designated days, which will allow you to experience the facilities and surroundings in person. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spots are limited, so please sign up early to maximize your chances.

Questionnaire and Fee

You will receive ONE email with the links to:  Application Form, Parent Questionnaire, $100 Application Fee(per family) May go to Spam or Promotions please check!

Meet Our Head of School

Once we receive your application,Parent Questionnaire and receipt of payment, you will receive and email with a link to schedule a meeting with Natalia Bennett, Our Head of School.

In-Person Tour
and Child Visit

We will schedule a time for you and your child to visit the school in-person.

Acceptance Notification

If admitted, you’ll receive a Letter of Acceptance with a link to schedule your registration meeting. A waitlist is maintained once a level reaches capacity.

Registration Meeting

Complete enrollment forms prior to your registration meeting to finalize enrollment.
